Natural stone (granite, marble) is mined from the earth, offering 100% unique veining and high heat resistance, but requires periodic sealing. Engineered quartz is manufactured using natural quartz crystals mixed with resins, making it completely non-porous, highly stain-resistant, and virtually maintenance-free without the need for sealing.
While seams are sometimes necessary depending on the layout of your kitchen and the slab dimensions, our expert fabricators and installers use advanced color-matching epoxies and precise leveling techniques to make seams as smooth and inconspicuous as possible. We always discuss seam placement with you during the design phase.
Once you have selected your perfect slab and your base cabinets are fully installed, we will schedule a digital templating appointment. Following the templating process, custom fabrication and final installation are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days.
For everyday cleaning of both quartz and natural stone, we recommend using a soft microfiber cloth with mild dish soap and warm water. It is important to avoid harsh, acidic, or abrasive chemical cleaners. If you choose natural stone, we will advise you on a simple sealing routine to maintain its enduring beauty.
