Please clear a clear path from your entryway to the installation area. Remove all items from your existing countertops and completely empty the base cabinets underneath the sink and cooktop areas. This allows our team safe access to maneuver heavy stone slabs and ensures a faster process.
We pride ourselves on our “white-glove” service. We lay down protective coverings for your floors and cabinets before we begin. Because all major cutting and polishing is done in our fabrication shop, on-site dust is kept to an absolute minimum. We also perform a thorough cleanup before we leave.
Most standard kitchen or bathroom installations are completed within a single day. Typically, the process takes between 3 to 6 hours, depending on the size of your project, the complexity of the layout, and the number of seams and sink mountings required.
Our expert installers will securely mount your undermount sinks and drill precise holes for your faucets on-site. However, for liability and safety reasons, we require you to hire a certified plumber and electrician to handle the actual disconnection of old fixtures and the final reconnection of water and gas lines.
